What I believe

You cannot change what you will not face

Every plan starts with an honest baseline, not a goal weight and not a fantasy. Level one of the method exists because nothing after it holds without it.

Behaviors lead, outcomes follow

Your weight is a read-out. Your sleep, your protein, your training, your keystone habit: those are the levers. So those are what we coach, and what we score.

If I can't explain a number, you shouldn't see it

No mystery scores, no black boxes. Every figure in your app opens to the exact inputs and the exact arithmetic behind it.

Competition, if it drives you

Some people move faster with someone to chase. A leadership board is coming for exactly that. Opt in if it fuels you, ignore it if it doesn't, and either way your own trend is the one that counts.

I've been in rooms with people who were doing everything right. Hitting the gym, tracking their food, getting decent sleep, and still feeling like something was fundamentally broken. That was me for a long time too. The information was there. The effort was there. But the transformation wasn't.

What I eventually understood is that health is not a single lane. It's all eight dimensions of your life operating together: your nutrition fueling your movement, your sleep protecting your stress response, your sense of purpose making the whole thing worth sustaining. Pull one lever on its own and the others drag you back.

That's why I built Street TLT. Not another tracker, not a 12-week program that resets to zero, but a method that starts with who you actually are and grows with you. You have to see yourself clearly before you can change yourself meaningfully. That's level one, and we don't move forward until it's solid. I want you to succeed. Not for 90 days, for life. I'll see you inside.

Six Levels. One Complete System.

Every letter in S.T.R.E.E.T. is a phase of transformation — sequenced, intentional, and built on what the science actually says about how people change.

This is the method I built and the one I coach. Every specialist you meet inside the app carries these six levels into their pillar — they are my sub-coaches, not a replacement for the work. — Kevin

Level 01
Phase One

Self-Awareness

Know your current reality — not where you think you are. We assess all 8 pillars of Deep Health before a single prescription is made. You can't change what you won't honestly face.

Level 01 S
Phase One

Self-Awareness

Know your current reality — not where you think you are. We assess all 8 pillars of Deep Health before a single prescription is made. You can't change what you won't honestly face.

Level 02 T
Phase Two

Trigger Mapping

Identify the patterns behind your habits. Before we change your behavior, we understand what drives it — the emotional cues, environment, and routines keeping you stuck.

Level 03 R
Phase Three

Reprogramming

Replace old identity-based habits with new ones aligned to who you're becoming. This isn't willpower — it's strategic identity replacement, backed by behavioral science.

Level 04 E
Phase Four

Embodiment

Integrate the new behaviors until they're automatic. Repetition with purpose. This is where real transformation takes root — when the new you stops feeling like effort.

Level 05 E
Phase Five

Elevation

Optimize. Raise your standard. Prevent complacency. You've changed — now we protect and expand on the new version of you before plateau sets in.

Level 06 T
Phase Six

Transformation

Sustain through life events. Adapt. Mentor others. You don't just reach your goal — you become living proof that this works. That's the full circle of transformation.

Most fitness apps only track one thing.

You've tried the gym app, the diet tracker, the sleep monitor. Each solves a piece of the puzzle — then leaves you holding the rest.

Gym Apps

Track your workouts, count your sets, log your PRs. Great for one dimension. Completely blind to everything else.

Ignores nutrition, sleep, stress & mindset

Diet Apps

Calorie tracking, macro splits, meal plans. Useful data — disconnected from your movement, recovery, and identity.

No behavioral or coaching layer

Sleep Apps

Sleep scores, REM cycles, HRV data. But knowing your sleep is bad doesn't tell you what to actually do about it.

Data without direction is just noise
Street TLT connects all of it into one personalized protocol — built around who you're becoming, not just what you're tracking.

How It Works

Three clear steps. No guesswork. No overwhelm. Just a structured path from where you are to who you want to be.

Complete Your Profile

We calculate your TDEE, assess all 8 Deep Health pillars, and set your primary transformation goal.

Coaching Closes the Gaps

Daily AI-powered prompts — and optional 1:1 sessions with Kevin — target your weakest pillar one action at a time.

The 8 Pillars of Deep Health

True health is not one-dimensional. Street TLT tracks and coaches all eight interconnected layers — because your body keeps score on all of them.

Your Foundation Gates

Before anything else, we establish your metabolic baseline. Five key metrics that must be consistent before your goal-specific protocol unlocks. No shortcuts. No skipping steps.

These aren't restrictions — they're the infrastructure that makes every advanced goal possible.

  • Calorie Target — hit your TDEE-based daily target
  • Whole Foods — 80%+ of intake from minimally processed sources
  • Protein — 0.7–1g per lb of bodyweight, consistently
  • Movement — meet your daily activity baseline
  • Sleep — 7–9 hours of quality sleep per night

Your Street Score

Those five gates don't just sit there being checked off. They roll up into one number, 0–100, alongside the progress you're actually making toward your goal. Drag any slider — this is the same arithmetic that runs in your dashboard.

77 Street Score
Building

Most gates are holding. One gate wants attention — it's named below.

Gates8760% weight
Progress6240% weight

Street Score 77, Building.

Foundation Gates 60% of the score · rolling 14 days

94%

Logged calories within ±10% of your goal-adjusted target.

88%

Scored from your nutrition-quality check-in (7+ of 10) until per-entry whole-food tagging ships.

91%

Daily grams at or above 0.7 g per lb of your current weight.

79%

A completed workout, or 8,000 steps, or 30 active minutes, or 20 minutes of cardio.

83%

Seven to nine hours. Your wearable wins over self-report.

Each gate is scored as passed days ÷ 14. A blank day counts as a miss — gates are the non-negotiables. If a gate can't be scored at all, it drops out and the block reweights across the rest.

Goal Progress 40% of the score · vs your own baseline

62%

Body-composition trend and capacity trend, each scored against your intake assessment. 50 means holding your baseline. Under two weeks of data, this block drops out entirely and your score reads “Based on Foundation Gates.”

Never a black-box number

The score always renders with its decomposition: five gate bars and two progress bars. Every bar taps open to the exact inputs and the exact arithmetic.

Mental health is never scored

PSS-4, WHO-5, mood, and journal content are never inputs. A hard week emotionally must never make a number go down.

Only ever compared to you

The score compares you to your own targets and your own baseline — never to another client. No leaderboards, ever.

This is the number you see in your dashboard. It replaces a separate consistency percentage entirely — consistency is an input to the week's calculation, not a metric we display at you. Your Streak stays visible alongside it, because one habit made visible is useful. A wall of percentages is not.

What We Track, and Why It Matters

Every metric in the app, grouped by the goal it speaks to, defined in plain language and tied to why it actually matters. If we can't explain a number to you, it doesn't belong in your app.

Longevity

The measures with the strongest published links to living longer.

3 metrics

Fiber

Fiber is the part of plant foods your body does not fully digest. The app tracks your daily grams.

Why it matters. It is the nutrient almost no one hits, and among the most strongly linked to living longer — higher fiber intake tracks with lower risk across large reviews.

LongevityHealthFat Loss

Steps

Steps count your daily walking and general movement outside of formal workouts. It is a simple stand-in for how active you are across the whole day.

Why it matters. Daily movement adds up. Meeting your weekly activity minutes is linked to better health independent of your training sessions — the movement between workouts matters.

LongevityEnergyFat LossHealth

VO2max estimate

VO2max is an estimate of how much oxygen your body can use at peak effort — a core measure of cardiorespiratory fitness. In the app it is an estimate from your wearable, not a lab measurement.

Why it matters. It is one of the strongest fitness predictors of long-term health: across large studies, higher cardiorespiratory fitness tracks with lower mortality, with no clear upper limit of benefit.

LongevityHealthEnergyFat Loss

Health

Your recovery and stress signals, read as personal trends rather than scores.

4 metrics

Heart rate variability (HRV)

Heart rate variability is the tiny beat-to-beat variation in the time between your heartbeats. Counterintuitively, more variation is usually the healthy sign — it reflects a nervous system that can shift into “rest and digest.” A flatter, more metronomic heartbeat tends to reflect a body stuck in stress or fatigue.

Why it matters. It is a window into your recovery and stress load, and one of the signals behind your recovery suggestion. It is most useful as a personal trend against your own baseline — never a score to compare against other people.

HealthLongevityEnergy

Resting heart rate

Your resting heart rate is how many times your heart beats per minute when you are completely at rest, such as first thing in the morning. Alongside HRV, it is one of the simplest windows into how recovered you are.

Why it matters. Tracked over time against your own baseline, a resting heart rate that drifts up can be a signal of accumulated fatigue, poor sleep, illness, or stress; a steady or lower trend usually reflects good recovery and improving fitness.

HealthEnergyLongevity

Stress level

The stress level you log at check-in, on a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is the most stressed. It is your own read on your day — there is no device measuring this one.

Why it matters. It is one of the three signals behind your recovery suggestion. When you log an 8 or higher, that counts as one flagged signal.

HealthEnergyLongevity

Soreness

Soreness is the muscle or connective-tissue discomfort you feel after training, often a day or two later. Some is a normal part of adapting to new or harder work.

Why it matters. It is useful feedback about training load and recovery. Tendons in particular adapt more slowly than muscle, so soreness can be a reminder to respect that lag rather than push through.

HealthLongevityStrength

Energy

How well recovered you actually are, day to day.

2 metrics

Sleep duration

This is how many hours you actually slept, as you log it or as your wearable estimates it. About seven hours is widely considered the health line for adults.

Why it matters. Sleep is when most recovery and adaptation happen. Regularly falling short is one of the fastest ways to blunt your training, mood, and energy.

LongevityEnergyFat LossHealth

Sleep quality

This is your own rating of how restful your sleep felt — separate from how many hours you got. Both matter: you can spend enough time in bed and still sleep poorly.

Why it matters. Quality and duration together shape how recovered you feel. Your rating helps you and Coach Kevin see patterns that raw hours miss.

EnergyLongevityFat LossHealth

Strength & Body Composition

What you are built of, and the nutrient that protects it.

2 metrics

Protein

Protein is the macronutrient your body uses to build and repair muscle and other tissues. The app tracks how many grams you eat.

Why it matters. It is the lever most people under-use. Adequate protein supports muscle, recovery, and appetite control, and needs rise with age and hard training.

StrengthFat LossLongevityEnergy

Body fat %

Body-fat percentage estimates how much of your body weight is fat tissue. In the app it comes from a scale or wearable estimate, which is convenient but not highly precise.

Why it matters. Trends in body composition can be more informative than scale weight alone, especially through life stages when where you carry fat shifts.

Fat LossStrengthLongevityHealth

Signals, not targets

These two exist to tell you something, not to be chased.

2 metrics

Recovery suggestion

Street TLT does not give you a single mystery “recovery score.” Instead we look at three signals for today: your heart-rate-variability pattern, the stress level you logged, and your last three nights of sleep. When at least two of the three are flagged, the app suggests recovery.

Why it matters. You always see which signals tripped and why — never a black-box number. And a suggestion is only ever a suggestion: nothing in Street TLT stops you from training. It is your call, always.

A signal, not a target

Streak

Your streak is the run of consecutive days you have kept your keystone habit — the one behavior you and Coach Kevin picked to build first. You answer “Did you do it today?” at check-in, and the count updates right away.

Why it matters. The streak is there to make one habit visible, not to make you feel watched. It tracks the keystone only — not every metric in the app.

A signal, not a target

Metrics are read-outs. The method trains the behaviors that move them.
